DESCRIPTION


The AR-153 loudspeaker is a trapezoidal,full range 3-wayLoudspeaker.The loudspeaker for biamping with built-in passive low-loss crossover for the mid/high frequency section. MF/HF section used a 6.5" mid frequency cone driver with a 2" voice coil, and a 1" exit compression driver with a 1.25" voice coil and titanium diaphragm; LF section used a 15" mid frequency cone driver with a 3" voice coil, front loaded. The nominal 80° x 50° dispersion. Two steel handles are provided for easy lifting and carrying and four rubber feet are fitted to the bottom of the cabinet.The enclosure is constructed from 3/4"(18mm) birch plywood, screwed and glued together for maximum strength and rigidity, and includes a reticulated foam and steel mesh grille. It is finished in black semi-matt textured environmental friendly paint. A rear panel connector plate carries two Neutrik Speakon NL4MP for loop in and loop out connections to additional enclosure.
